We sell digital crochet patterns delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because there is nothing physical to ship back, our returns process works a little differently — but we stand behind every pattern we sell.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will make it right. Because our products are digital files, no physical return is required and the process is completely free — you keep the file while we resolve your request.

    How We Resolve Requests

      Depending on the situation, we may offer:

      • A replacement or corrected file (for corrupted, missing, or wrong-file deliveries)
      • A different pattern of equal value (for accidental purchases)
      • Store credit toward a future purchase
      • A full refund to your original payment method

      We respond to every request within 1 business day and aim to resolve most cases the same day.

          If you cannot access your files due to browser, device, or email delivery issues, contact us — we will re-send your files and help you get them onto your device.

          To avoid losing your files, we recommend saving them to your device immediately after download and backing them up (Google Drive, Dropbox, USB, etc.).
